1. Every contract between you and Pfennig Properties, whether selling or buying, has a clause that enables a cancellation of the agreement at any time until the client and broker are subject to an executed enforceable contract. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy!

2. Agents of Pfennig Properties will represent the seller or the buyer, never both.

3. Agents of Pfennig Properties will refer you to title companies, repair people, mortgage brokers, inspectors, engineers, insurance agents, and other preferred partners without compensation. Only client referrals to licensed real estate agents may be compensated.

4. Agents of Pfennig Properties will not reveal any of your personal information to anyone without permission unless required by law.
 
Pfennig Properties has moved! My house on Bon Terra is sold and I have purchased a home next to my acreage in Hays County.
